Launches MB860 Mini-ITX Boards for Efficient Computing

Technology, a leader in embedded computing, leads the industry to
produce the first Mini-ITX motherboard using Transmeta™
Efficeon™ processors that represents a new breakthrough
in Efficient Computing. The MB860 supports processor speeds of up
to 1.2GHz and SO-DIMM DDR modules with capacities up to 1GB that provides
the necessary bandwidth for today's demanding applications. The onboard
16MB ATI M7 graphics controller delivers compelling performance in
3D games and graphical intensive programs.
The
MB860 Mini-ITX motherboard also features four USB 2.0 ports that supports
a data transfer rate of 480Mbps, fast enough to satisfy even the most
demanding peripherals today. Network connectivity can be available
through the onboard Realtek 8100C 10/100 BaseT Ethernet and an optional
8110S Gigabit Ethernet controller.
Added expandability is provided by a PCI slot, four serial ports and
an optional Mini PCI socket. For applications requiring optimal performance
with maximum power efficiency in a small footprint, the MB860 platform
is the right solution fully matching this requirement.
